Yes. We ship worldwide by express courier, and you'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

Please message us as soon as possible if you need to make a change, and we'll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.

Use our size finder: enter your bust and waist and it recommends your size, with UK, US, EU and AU equivalents. Most styles fit true to size.

Choose the larger size if you're between sizes or plan to wear chunky knits underneath. If you're still unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help.

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please read our returns and exchanges page for full details.

Yes. Send us a photo of the style you love and tell us whether you'd like it in fur, wool or a wool-cashmere blend. We'll come back to you with a quote.

For wool and cashmere styles, we can send you a fabric sample before you order. Just ask.

Yes. We use genuine fox, mink and raccoon fur. As a natural material, every piece has slight variations in colour and texture, which makes it unique.

Keep fur away from perfume and hairspray, let it air dry naturally if it gets wet, and store it on a padded hanger in a cool, airy place. Use a specialist fur cleaner. Cashmere and wool pieces should be dry cleaned. Read our full fur care guide.
